Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, hangtags, and designer boxes are included and undamaged.
Ship to P.A.M.
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our warehouse; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods and confirms they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
